Beyond Behaviour provides consultancy, coaching and professional development in all aspects of behaviour, wellbeing and leadership. With over 20 years’ experience, Steve Russell brings a wealth of knowledge in helping people take a step back and look beyond behaviour(s) that cause concern in order to identify solutions. This might be:
- classroom behaviour – pupils; teachers; support staff; parents;
- exploring how teams within organisations can work more effectively;
- supporting leaders to inspire, motivate and empower others;
- personal coaching to help individuals thrive more in their work and personal life.
SENCO Solutions provides bespoke support services to schools. Denise has been teaching for 22 years and has been a SENCo for over 10 years, in both Peterborough and Lincolnshire. She is currently a SENCo in a large 3 form entry primary school. Not only does Denise have current, first-hand experience of being a SENCo and the challenges that the role faces, she also has strong links with the Lincolnshire Local Authority SEND Team. For 8 years Denise has supported the Local Authority sitting on the Allocation Meetings which make decisions on requests for Statutory Assessments; this has provided her with a thorough understanding of how the SEND Team expect the Graduated Approach to be applied in school settings. Denise is currently sitting on the SEND Steering Group for the LA, producing a self-evaluation of SEND across Lincolnshire and supports the Education Out of Schools Team by providing her expertise on exclusion panel meetings.
